The day has been very mild with temperatures rising during the afternoon to reach a high of 11C at Shoreham at around 5:30pm.
In the sheltered corner next to my front door the "Miss Jessop's Upright" Rosemary bush is flowering profusely. The Honeybee reported earlier in late January has returned today for a visit to the flower's nectar.
