Following a windy night - a light frost quickly clearing. Calm showery during rush hour becoming dry.
Steady activity at bird feeders, 10-12 Sparrows. No Greenfinch at present but yesterday 4 were among crowd competing for place on the seed feeder. Peanuts continue to be popular among some Sparrows who nibble at the nuts through the wire mesh.
