Lancing Manor Grounds

Lancing Manor Grounds

For years the arched rose walk near the clipped Yew trees in Lancing Manor ground remained overgrown and neglected.
It has now been completely removed. Nearby a feature which may have been a small raised flower bed or possibly a former water feature has been cleared of Brambles.
These were features associated with the Lancing Manor House which was demolished in the mid 70's to make way for the sports and leisure centre.
This has followed the 'restoration' of a rose bed inside the remnant flint walls of a derelict barn.
