In the Garden
26.1.03
I have cleared some of the overgrown Veronica beccabunga (Brooklime) from my small 5ft pond and then built a small limestone dry wall behind it with rocks which have been recycled from a demolished old fire surround.
When coated with a pot of yoghurt I hope it will soon develop an aged mossy appearance.
I looked out after dark and six frogs were surfaced around the pond. No sign of spawn yet.
