So its a long time since the last post and I'm not going to try and fill in the gap, sorry about that.
I have been involved with work and have not found the time to watch the local wildlife with my usual fervour.
So spring has been and gone and Summer is upon us. The usual focus of interest is the butterflies and I have managed to spot a few of the usual suspects.
Yesterday while up on Lancing Ring for a short walk I saw about 6 Marbled Whites.
A strong flying larger one I felt must be a Painted Lady but viewing with the naked eye I did not get a positive sight.
