A distinct contrast in the weather for the 1st of February. Temperature showing at around 3C today against warm sun yesterday.
It is overcast and grey, a light wind that is damp and icy cold.
In the garden a brief glimpse was all I got of a male Sparrowhawk on the ground below the bird feeders. It may have attacked one of the Sparrows or a Dunnock but it flew off empty handed.
